We provide a wide range of services from traditional facilities management and estate maintenance, to sterile services, wheelchair engineering and procurement, to clients both within and beyond the NHS.
To ensure the Transport, Logistics and Security Service has the right leadership structure in place we are looking to recruit a Transport Logistics and Security Manager which includes the management of the outsourced Taxi contract and the Travel plan.
With strong leadership skills and previous experience managing a transport and Security team, you will effectively organise and manage a team of Security staff and transport drivers their vehicles, including route planning.
Utilising your exceptional communication skills, you will be the first point of contact for any potential problems and issues which may arise, and any potential business development.
You will manage the direction and coordination of all transportation and Security matters within the organisation in an efficient and cost effective manner.
You will ensure all vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements whilst ensuring drivers are aware of their duties.
