POST: ESTATES MAINTENANCE WORKER SPECIALIST

BASE: AGH SOLUTIONS, ESTATES DEPARTMENT, AIREDALE GENERAL HOSPITAL

SALARY: GRADE D £32,110 PER ANNUM


HOURS: 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK.


AGH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and provides Estates, Facilities and procurement services for the Trust. We are looking for a Maintenance Worker Specialist to join our team.
This role also requires the post holder to work a level of unsocial hours to cover the 24/7 Shift Engineer annual leave patterns.
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual capable of working well within our current Estates team who can undertake pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks and provide assistance where required on new works schemes.
We are seeking an individual with the experience and qualifications stated in the essential criteria within the person specification.
